In this talk Executive Coach, speaker, trainer and creative writing tutor Jackee Holder shares a series of writing approaches and practices that will cultivate mindfulness in our work as coaches both on and off the page.

Jackee is passionate about writing and reading as mindfulness practices and believes that through mindfulness practices we can grow and development ourselves holistically as coaches both on and off the page.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Jackee Holder is a Management and Leadership Coach who also specializes in creative writing for personal and professional development.

She facilitates ILM Level 3 & Level 5 Coach training programmes, is a qualified Coach supervisor and faculty member of the Coaching Supervision Academy and was recently appointed as an Executive Coach on the NHS Leadership Academy coaching register.

Jackee is the author of three books Soul Purpose, Be Your Own Best Life Coach & 49 Ways To Write Yourself Well. Available from Amazon and all good booksellers.
